Term & Conditions
Refunds/Cancellations:
- Refund Eligibility:No refund is automatically granted.
- Circumstances Review:Refund requests will only be considered if circumstances are reviewed.
- Acceptance of Circumstances:Refunds will be granted only if the circumstances are reviewed and accepted.
- -2 weeks prior to the academy $100 cancellation fee.
- -1 week prior to the academy full cancellation fee (unless reviewed).
- -Certificate from injury must be presented to be reviewed for refund.
1. Payment and Registration:
- -Payment and registration are mandatory before the academy’s cut-off dates.
- -No acceptances will be granted after the specified cut-off dates.
2. Waitlist for Late Cancellations:
- -Participants who missed the initial registration can join a waitlist.
- -The waitlist is for late cancellations, providing an opportunity for individuals to secure a spot if someone else cancels.
3. Payment Terms:
- -Full payment for the academy is required.
Weather Conditions:
- Event Continuation:Academies will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
- Participant Responsibility:Participants are expected to bring the necessary equipment to stay hydrated in varying weather conditions.
Extreme Heat Waves:
- Schedule Adjustment:In the most extreme cases of a heatwave, training sessions will be rescheduled to an earlier time.
- Notification:Participants will be notified 24 hours in advance of any changes to the training schedule due to extreme heat.
Insurance and Participant Waivers:
- Mandatory Waiver:All participants must sign a waiver before participating in the academy.
- No Exceptions:No excuses or expectations; waiver signing is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Prerequisite for Participation:The signed waiver is a prerequisite for participating in the academy.
Mayne Academy is fully insured for any injuries or mishaps.
